The space
Bubi's apartment, which is located on the first floor, has a living room/kitchen which is the center of the apartment. In the living room you will find a Smart TV with Netflix, fiber Wifi, a coffee table, a comfortable sofa convertible into a sofa bed and access to the terrace. The kitchen with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and washing machine is fully equipped for cooking and living.

On the terrace you will find an oasis of rest, where you can relax, have breakfast in the fresh air and prepare pleasant evenings with the barbecue.

In the bedroom you will find a 135x190 bed with a comfortable mattress (with clean linen), ceiling and standing fan and a small closet. The bedroom has a balcony to enjoy the Levantine breeze. The room can be completely darkened with electric blinds.

In addition you can find here a space to work with a large desk, flexo, shelves, a 23" monitor with HDMI cable to connect your computer and a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Services and common areas
The apartment is inside a building with common access. Guests will have exclusive access to the first floor. The staircase that connects the first and the second floor with the entrance door is for common use.
