Welcome to the most and best rated cottage in the Mar Menor! It has everything you need for your vacations near the beach in a modern, renovated, clean and well kept home. There are several stores, restaurants, bars, leisure areas and the BEACH a few meters away, which allows you to do everything on foot. There is free parking. The space
This apartment is managed by a professional company, meets minimum quality standards and is 100% legal. Always choose accommodation from legally operating providers.
At the entrance there is a garden/porch of about 20m2 which is very nice. You enter through the spacious living room where you will find the spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Through the living room there is a small toilet and the kitchen. From the kitchen you can access the patio which also has a shower. The upper part has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom facing the street has a large double bed and the second one has two single beds.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for kitchen, bathroom and living room:

The house is always fully booked. You have access to the whole house except for the pantry in the courtyard and the attics of the closets. As a precaution and for bad experiences, if you book only two people, the other room will be closed. You can contact the host if you still need it.

We always ask you to indicate in your reservation all the people (and animals) who will stay at least one night. Whether children, babies or adults, this number must always be indicated. For 1 and 2 persons the price is the same, for each additional person there is an automatic charge of 10€/night on the reservation.
We carry out the guest registration required by law, in which all guests must fill in their details online.
We ask you to read the house guest manual. In it you will find the house rules, the W-Lan password and other useful information.
