Casa Baviera is a house with 2 spacious double bedrooms, large living room, bathroom/WC, kitchen, a Spanish patio, roof terrace and entrance terrace. The roof terrace is private and sunny from 9.00-18.00. The entrance terrace with table and chairs allows pleasant breakfasts with birdsong and nice evenings. There is the possibility to rent a third air-conditioned room with private bathroom on the roof terrace for longer stays.

Amenities and common areas
This house is offered for 4 to 6 persons (sofa bed). On request, a third bedroom can be added, which would accommodate up to 8 people. This option is only available for long term stays and with advance booking. Normally there is no access to the third room on the roof.

There is a linen closet in the courtyard that is in view of the cleaning staff.

You have access to a complete apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom/WC, living room, two terraces and the courtyard.

We always ask that all persons (and animals) who will stay at least one night are indicated in the reservation. Whether children, babies or adults, this number must always be indicated. For 1 and 2 persons the price is the same, for each additional person there is an automatic charge of 10€/night on the reservation.

We carry out the guest registration required by law, in which all guests must fill in their details online.

We ask you to read the house guest manual. In it you will find the house rules, the W-Lan password and other useful information.
