Pisico Guimy is an apartment in the center of Lo Pagan with capacity for up to 6 people. It is a fully equipped apartment with everything a family or friends would need for a comfortable stay. It is only a few meters from the beach and has a parking space in the garage of the same building. The proximity to the center makes it an ideal place to stay for families, travelers and business travelers.

Pisico Guimy is located in a residential building in the center of Lo Pagan, a few meters from the door and the beach of Villananitos. It is located in a 2nd floor without elevator and has its own garage (maximum height of vehicle 1,70m). The accommodation is located in the street of the weekly market (on Tuesdays). Upon entering the apartment you will find a hall that separates the bedrooms from the kitchen and living room. In the living room you will find a table with chairs + an office chair and a comfortable low sofa with Smart TV. From the living room itself you reach a small balcony ideal to enjoy the sun (with awning). In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and also has access to the balcony. The bedrooms are separated from the living room and kitchen. In room 1 you will find a king size bed of 1,60m with its closet and possibility to darken the room. In the second room you will find a Queen bed of 1,35m with closet. In the third room you will find two children's beds and a small closet.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for kitchen, bathroom and living room:

Other highlights
We always ask you to indicate in your reservation all the people who will be staying at least one night. Whether they are children, babies or adults, even pets, this number must always be indicated. For 1 and 2 persons the price is the same, for each additional person there is an additional charge of 12€/night on the reservation and pets 25€ per stay.
We carry out the guest registration required by law, in which all guests must fill in their details online.
We ask you to read the guest manual of the house. In it you will find the house rules, the Wifi password and other useful information.
The host will always be available during your stay.
The airport of Alicante is about 80 km away, Murcia airport is about 35 km away, Murcia capital is about 45 km away and the historic Roman city of Cartagena is 20 km away, all very well connected by highways. You can visit the best beaches of La Manga, Mil Palmeras, Campoamor, Calblanque or Cabo de Palos by car in less than 30 minutes.
In the Mar Menor there are several possibilities for water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, diving, etc.. Including schools that instruct in these sports. Los Alcazares is very popular for its various golf courses nearby such as Roda Golf, Serena Golf, La Torre Golf, Golf Mar Manor or La Manga Golf Club.
