Casa Rexola is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a community with shared pool, located in the quiet village of Roda - San Javier. It can accommodate up to 7 people, making it ideal for families. Roda is in a privileged location a few km from the beaches of the Mar Menor and Mar Mayor ideal for discovering the coast. The house is fully equipped and with AACC in all rooms
The space
This apartment is managed by a professional company, meets minimum quality standards and is 100% legal. Always choose accommodation from providers that operate legally.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed of 135 and the third with two single beds, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. It has two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The rooms are air-conditioned with the central air conditioning system, which can be used for heating in winter and cooling in summer. From the living room you have access to the balcony from where you have a beautiful view of Roda. The house is ideally equipped for 7 persons

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool. Normal opening hours apply here and must be strictly adhered to.

We always ask that all persons who will be staying at least one night are indicated in the reservation. Whether they are children, babies or adults, this number must always be indicated. For 1 and 2 persons the price is the same, for each additional person there is an automatic charge of 10€/night on the reservation.

The apartment is located in Roda, a quiet place with several bars and restaurants, public playgrounds and a public soccer field. Highly recommended is the Roda bar with cheap tapas, paellas and other typical food. In the same building, across the street, there is a small supermarket for the most important things you might need. About 500 meters from the apartment is Roda Golf with 18 greens.
Roda is about 2-5 km from several beaches. You can also visit the best beaches of La Manga, Mil Palmeras, Campoamor or Calblanque by car. The airport of Alicante is about 80 km away, the airport of Murcia about 35 km. The capital Murcia is about 45 km away and the historic Roman city of Cartagena is 20 km away. In the Mar Menor there are several possibilities for water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc. In Los Narejos there are several kitesurfing schools.
