Villa Serendipity is a large house with 4 spacious double bedrooms, large living/dining room, 2 bathrooms/WC, kitchen, office, a private pool and private enclosed garage. The private terrace offers a large and spacious area for family gatherings, barbecues, celebrations or just spending pleasant evenings in a family atmosphere. The house could comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The Villa is located 60 minutes from Alicante airport and 25 minutes from Murcia airport. Its location is perfect to enjoy and discover the areas and beaches of the Mar Menor and the ancient city of Cartagena (20 minutes) or Murcia (40 minutes). The beaches of the Mar Menor are about 3 km away and those of the Mediterranean Sea are about 12 km away. La Manga and Cabo de Palos are about 35 km away. The area is also very popular with golfers, since there is a high density of golf courses, such as

Other highlights
The price of the house is for 4 people. Each additional person would be 25€/night extra. If pets are brought, they must also be registered and pay the pet fee of 25€/stay. All persons (adults and children) must be registered at the time of booking to obtain the final price of the reservation.

It is mandatory for holiday home operators to register travelers with the ministry of the interior or local authorities, as is the case with hotels. For this purpose we will send after the booking a link where all travelers can easily register on their smartphone. We are sorry for this tedious work, but we are obliged to comply with the law.

Parties that may disturb the neighbors are forbidden and we ask you to respect the hours of rest. The house is decorated and equipped with a lot of care for a pleasant comfort of the guests. Please take care of the house and furniture as if they were your own. Depending on the reservation, a deposit may be charged in advance (which is returned in full if everything is in order).

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
